Worst stay ever
In general: We stayed at the penthouse apartment for 5days. Used Orbitz for booking. The place is very close to Kensington Olympia station and provides good connectivity to all the major city attractions. The moment we walked in the apartment it was in pretty pathetic condition, hair lying all around, hardwood floors were dirty etc. basically extremely unhygienic. Contacted the property several times to clean but no response. Finally got Orbitz involved and then somebody was sent for cleaning. The attached picture is how the carpet looked after cleaning. Next we found no toilet paper was provided, almost every day we called and left messages but throughout our stay no TP was provided. We purchased our own. Overall the place was no value for money and it needs deep cleaning to be fit for ppl to stay especially kids. Service: Horrible.
